1. About this website

This website is operated by Sport Creates Memories (“SCM”), a non-profit organisation registered in Denmark (Charity No. 43150405) and Ghana (CG07132102). The site presents our mission, leagues, academy and partners, and allows visitors to support our work.

2. Donations

Donations made through this website are processed by Donorbox, a third-party payment platform, under its own terms and privacy policy. Donations fund SCM's charitable programmes. As a rule donations are not refundable; if you made a donation in error, contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith.

3. League information

Fixtures, results, standings and statistics published on this site are provided for information. While we work to keep them accurate and current, they may occasionally lag behind events on the pitch, and we make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

4. Intellectual property

The SCM name, wordmark, and the content of this site (text, graphics and photography) belong to SCM or are used with permission from their owners, including our partners' logos. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution; any other use requires our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• —Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• —Do not use the site to transmit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• —Do not scrape or republish player information, particularly information about minors.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as Instagram, Donorbox and our partners' websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
